After you purchase a transmission or longer journey, you'll receive an email with a link to download your MP3 file(s). Then you just set aside some quiet time, get comfortable, and listen. 

These do have a meditative quality and might make you drowsy, so please don't listen while driving or in a position of responsibility.

Yes! We encourage you to listen to these channelled transmissions and healings more than once, or as often as you wish. 

We do however encourage you to please allow integration time of several days.

Yes and no. You'll get familiar with different Dragon energy, but these are not "how to connect with Dragons" transmissions.
